Outdoor Trails to Keep in Shape

 Who doesn't enjoy the lazy days of summer and memories of the great outdoors. It's a wonderful time to go for a hike, Jesse Tam.  Start with the basics for short close by trails or walking to get in shape and expand plan out your next destination.  Make sure to wear the right type of shoes, water, snack or food with your hike.  It's fun to join a small group or go with a few friends.

The weather in the Pacific northwest is the best during most of the season to spend time outside and get up to the mountains or just close by trails in the city.  Biking is another way to get out to exercise and keep yourself in shape and healthly.  What a great way to spend an hour or two to relax and get away from the work schedules.  Have fun outdoors and get some fresh air outside!
