Living in the Pacific Northwest and the beginning of spring is a time we look forward to visiting the fields of daffodils and tulips in Mount Vernon, Washington. Take a day drive from Seattle, Jesse Tam recommends this fantastic trip in April. The fields are in bloom with beautiful early colors of yellow and white before the tulips. What a site to be surrounded by daffodils and the mountains on an overcast or sunny day. It's quite a place to just relax and take in the landscapes.
